Technical Disclosure: Full-Surface Haptic Sensing & Analysis System for Robotic Articulations
Inventor / Originator: Taisuke Michikaze (Project TRANSIA)
Date of Public Disclosure: February 21, 2026
I. Evolution of Haptic Interaction
While previous disclosures focused on finger-worn wearable devices, this document extends the scope of tactile sensing to the entire architecture of robotic hands and autonomous systems. By integrating high-resolution sensors into finger joints and palms, we enable robots to move beyond simple manipulation and achieve professional-level material analysis.
II. Core Technological Claims (Prior Art)
1. Joint-Integrated Torque & Vibration Analysis
Sensors embedded within robotic joints capture micro-vibrations and torque resistance during physical contact. This allows a robot to identify the "internal truth" of an object, such as the purity of precious metals (Gold, etc.) or the structural integrity of industrial components, through the "feel" of its movement.
2. Palm Matrix Sensory Interface
The integration of a sensory matrix across the palm surface allows for the identification of large-scale objects. It assesses texture, thermal conductivity, and chemical freshness (e.g., agricultural products) that cannot be captured by fingertips alone.
3. AI-Haptic Big Data Training
This system digitizes the "human sense of touch" from all contact surfaces of the hand. This data serves as a primary training set for AI models, allowing machines to learn and replicate the delicate tactile feedback of human experts (e.g., musical performance, craftsmanship).
III. Strategic Partnership & Licensing Policy
To accelerate the implementation of this technology for the benefit of global society, the following policy is established:
Joint Patent Phase (Year 1): From Feb 21, 2026, to Feb 20, 2027, I am seeking a strategic partner (Corporation or University) for collaborative development.
Intellectual Property Transfer: To the partner who successfully realizes the physical implementation of this system, I will transfer 50% of the associated intellectual property rights.
Humanitarian Commitment: 60% of my personal income derived from this project will be donated to UNICEF to support children's futures worldwide.
