The responsibility for physical realization, including but not limited to:

...rests entirely with the Licensee (e.g., NASA, SpaceX, private corporations). Taisuke Michikaze does not provide engineering guarantees or physical warranties for implementations conducted by third parties.

​4. The Role of the Founder (Supervision)

While the physical R&D is the responsibility of the licensee, Taisuke Michikaze remains the Conceptual Supervisor to ensure the implementation aligns with the original strategic intent of the Protocol.

The licensee is encouraged to use their vast laboratory and computing resources to bridge the gap between "Theory" and "Reality." Any resulting hardware patents or engineering improvements shall be handled under the collaborative terms defined in the MPL v1.0 (Grant-back obligation).
